How do I order?


At Herbaris.ro, the online store for natural cosmetics and detergents, it's so easy to order online and receive your favorite organic products quickly by courier.

We will further present you step by step the process through which our highly appreciated products can reach your home with just a few clicks.

Step 1:

Once you have found the product you want, you can order it by adding it to your shopping cart, then clicking on the "Complete order" button.

Step 2:

“Shopping cart” – here you will find all the products you have added to your cart as well as any discounts. You can change the number of copies chosen or you can discard one or more products, using the “X” or “empty cart” button. If you want to order other products, you can do this by returning to the shopping page. Your cart will automatically update after any product is added.

Step 3:

“Customer Information” – In order to process your order, we need additional data related to the payer and the destination. Therefore, please complete the fields marked with “ * ”.

If you wish to purchase the products on behalf of your company, please fill in the company details in the order details section.

Step 4:

Shipping methods – you have delivery available through the couriers you select.

Attention! If you select courier delivery, please make sure that the delivery address is where you are during the day.

Step 5:

Payment methods

Depending on the selected shipping method, payment options will appear.

For delivery by courier, the payment options are:

• PO (payment order) – payment is made by bank transfer or internet banking. What you need to do is send us proof of payment by e-mail (along with the order ID) and we will send you the products. If you choose this option, our data is:

• Cash on delivery (Cash on delivery) – payment is made in cash when the package is delivered by the courier.
Prices include VAT.

• Online payment (with card) through the STRIPE payment processor.

Step 6:

“Completing the order” – After checking the box “I have read the terms and conditions of use and agree”, press the “Finish” button.

Step 7:

Order confirmation – After you press the "Finish" button, you will receive a confirmation message from us, in which you will be able to view both the order code number and a summary of all the data you entered.

The "Opening the package upon delivery" service covers all products sold by us and is valid for both individuals and legal entities who have purchased products from www.herbaris.ro.

How does the service work?

Upon receipt of the order, you can ask the courier to open the package to check its status.

This service only offers you the opportunity to check if the product is in perfect condition, not the opportunity to check -test- the product.

If, after opening the package, you find that the ordered product is not in perfect condition for delivery and shows signs of impact, scratches or other aesthetic problems, we recommend that you refuse the order. To refuse the order, you must complete a Report of Findings, in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery. The report cannot be completed after the courier has left.

If you opted for cash on delivery, you can request to open the package before or after you have paid for the order, but only in the presence of the courier.

If you paid for your order online and after opening the package you decided to return the product, the amount paid online will be refunded to the account from which you made the payment, as soon as possible.

In the case of orders containing multiple products, if after opening the package/packages upon delivery you find that one of the products is not in perfect condition and you decide to refuse it, the procedure involves
return of the entire order, including all delivered products.

Who pays for the transportation?

In the case of a return via the "Opening the package upon delivery" service, shipping fees are covered by the seller or comparator according to the "Terms and Conditions".

Returns

If you wish to return a product, all you have to do is announce your intention to return within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt of the package. Following the return request, we will send the courier to the address you indicated to pick up the return package. The return of the package is made based on the return form, completed by the Customer and sent to the email address office@herbaris.ro. If you have been delivered products other than those specified in the order or if the delivered products are inconsistent with the information provided on the site at the time of the order (description, image, price), the cost of return shipping is borne by us. However, if the reason for the return is different from those mentioned above, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
